You could probably think of a few departments of your life that could use some more TLC. Are you a chronic self-deprecator? Keep dating unavailable men? Are you addicted to gossiping? Holding a grudge against someone you actually really miss? Choose your V-day reso to be a constant effort that increases your love for yourself.
Spread some love
