    In today’s working world, stress relief is extremely important and often overlooked. I personally love spending an hour in the kitchen cooking up a storm when I’ve had a rough day at work.

    Great article……..shopping is also a big stress reliever. I frequently buy myself a new something or pamper myself by getting my hair down. Sex is the #1 and a good martini.

    Well, I can account for 3 out of 5. Yes I love to cook its relaxing, with a glass of my favourite wine, and then entertain with special friends who right now are helping me laugh a little harder as I am single, again. Although I love puppies and really do get your point about unconditional love, unfortunately the guy I was seeing always came over with his lab and that drove me crazy. He paid more attention to this dog than he did me. I admit he (the ex) was a bit hyper, is this why he brought his dog with him everywhere? And as for sex, well, I hardly enjoyed myself leaving the dog in my living room thinking he was going to scratch and eat my leather sofa. Should my next Ad read “Dont Like Dogs”. I am laughing because of this and I feel wonderful!!!!

    Studies published last month said laughing produces the same chemical effects in your body as aerobic exercise. I like to go running with my dog, Snoof the Boof, so I guess that means I am double destressing!
