Spring is a time when a girl’s mind turns to shorter skirts, sleeveless tops, and of course, bathing suits. This almost inevitably leads to thoughts of losing some weight, especially if the winter pounds have crept on. The good news is that spring is also a terrific time of year for enjoying fresh, flavourful food that will also help you lose weight. Looking to add a little spring to your diet? Sugar Snap Peas. Sugar snap peas are low calorie and high in fiber, the perfect addition to any spring diet. Put them in salads, steam them as a side dish, or toss them into your favorite rice dish. A diet high in fiber is sure to help you lose weight as you get ready for spring fashions.  

Blueberries. Recent studies suggest this spring food may help cut down on belly fat. They are also rich in antioxidants, which will make your exposed skin look good and your complexion radiant.
