    Was this review hefulpl to you? Overall Ease of use Originality Value for the money. I am vegan, this is one of the rare recipes book that gives Asian easy to cook vegan recipes. I did not know how to cook the tofu sticks and tofu sheets which I had seen in chinese hyperstores, now I use them in many recipes [from this cookbook]. Anyone who enjoys vegan cooking should get this book, it could inspire non vegans to start cooking differently. The other booklets are as exceptional.Pros: Easy to cook recipes Cons: None Would you recommend it to a friend? Yes
