Chocolate Peanut Butter Overnight Oats

Chocolate and peanut butter are arguably the most delicious combination to ever be created, and this breakfast-aprops mix will make your morning just a little bit sweeter.

Ingredients:

– 1 cup Quaker® Steel Cut Oats

– 2 cups unsweetened almond milk

– 2 tbsp honey

– 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder

– 2 tbsp smooth or crunchy peanut butter

– 1 tbsp chia seeds

– Pinch fine sea salt, optional

– 2 tbsp chopped, roasted peanuts

Directions:

1. In a Mason jar or bowl, add Quaker® Oats, almond milk, honey, cocoa powder, peanut butter, chia seeds and sea salt. Stir to combine.

2. Top with roasted peanuts.

3. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

Tropical Coconut Overnight Oats

When the weather isn’t cooperating or when you can’t seem to steal away for a vacation, this tropical combination”with coconut, mango and pineapple”will bring the vacay to your kitchen. 

Ingredients:

– 1 cup Quaker® Large Flake Oats

– 1 small ripe banana, mashed

– 1 cup plain Greek yogurt

– 1 tbsp honey

– 1 tbsp chia seeds

– Pinch fine sea salt, optional

– 3 tbsp unsweetened coconut flakes, divided (2 tbsp plus topping)

– 1/3 cup chopped fresh mango, divided (1/4 cup plus topping)

– 1/3 cup chopped fresh pineapple, divided (1/4 cup plus topping)

Directions:

1. In a Mason jar or bowl, add Quaker® Oats, mashed banana, Greek yogurt, honey, chia seeds and sea salt. Stir to combine.

2. Stir in 2 tbsp coconut flakes, 1/4 cup mango and 1/4 cup pineapple. Top with remaining mango, pineapple and finish with remaining coconut.

3. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

TIP: Thin with unsweetened almond milk if desired

Vanilla Peach Overnight Oats

Sweet and simple, the blend of vanilla, fresh peaches and spices will make this the perfect dessert-for-breakfast option.

Ingredients:

– 1 cup Quaker® Large Flake Oats

– 3⁄4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk

– 1 tbsp hemp hearts

– 1 tbsp honey

– 1⁄4 tsp ground cinnamon

– 1⁄4 tsp ground ginger

– Pinch fine sea salt, optional

– 1 large fresh peach, chopped (reserve 2 tbsp for topping)

– 2 tbsp chopped roasted pecans

Directions:

1. In a Mason jar or bowl, add Quaker® Oats, almond milk, hemp hearts, honey, cinnamon, ginger and sea salt. Stir to combine.

2. Stir in chopped peaches and top with remaining 2 tablespoons of peaches and roasted pecans.

3. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

Pié±a Colada Overnight Oats

If you like pié±a coladas¦ you’ll probably enjoy this creamy-nutty-tropical mix of flavours, including coconut, almonds, pineapple and honey.

Ingredients:

– 1/2 cup Quaker® Large Flake Oats

– 1/2 cup lowfat milk

– 1 tbsp honey

– 1 tsp shredded coconut

– 1 tbsp almonds, slivered

– 1/4 cup pineapple, diced

Directions:

1. In a Mason jar or bowl, add Quaker® Oats and milk. Stir to combine.

2. Add a layer of pineapple, almonds, coconut and drizzle with honey.

3. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

Peanut Butter & Jam Overnight Oats

Unleash your inner child with this classic throwback mix”but, you know, with a healthy grownup twist because you’re using real strawberries and chopped peanuts.

Ingredients:

– 1 cup Quaker® Large Flake Oats

– 3⁄4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk 3 tbsp smooth or crunchy peanut butter

– 1 tbsp honey, plus extra to drizzle

– 1⁄4 tsp vanilla extract

– Pinch fine sea salt, optional

– 3⁄4 cup chopped fresh strawberries, divided (1/2 cup plus topping)

– 2 tbsp chopped roasted peanuts

Directions:

1. In a Mason jar or bowl, add Quaker® Oats, almond milk, peanut butter, honey, vanilla and sea salt. Stir to combine.

2. Stir in 1⁄2 cup chopped strawberries and top with remaining strawberries, peanuts and drizzle with honey.

3. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
