Of course, we all try to eat as healthy as we can, but sometimes fast food is unavoidable. The bad:

KFC
The good:
Grilled Chicken Strips Original Twister “ 390 calories (hold the sauce).
The bad:
Say no to the Poutine. 970 calories. Wow.
