It's all too easy to skip the gym on account of blizzard or extreme wind chill but just because the weather isn't always in our favour doesn't mean we should fall off the workout wagon. There are plenty of exercises you can do in your cozy warm home to build muscle and burn fat. No space? No equipment? No excuses! All you need for these 15 bodyweight exercises (that target your upper body, lower body and core) is about 10 square feet of space and your fine self. So move your coffee table and dust off your yoga mat ˜cause we're gonna get fit!

Narrow Squat with Back Kick

Stand with your feet together and hands on your hips or in front of your chest”whatever is comfortable. Bend your knees to lower your hips until your thighs are parallel with the floor. Keep your weight back in your heels. Rise up by straightening the legs completely while lifting one leg behind you. Lower the foot to the floor and return to your narrow squat position. Squat low again and switch, kicking your other leg behind you and bringing it back to complete the rep. Repeat for 10 reps.
