I am not the most athletic person on the planet. Like a lot of other people, I’ve played team sports in school, but I was never even close to MVP status. As I’ve gotten older, I moved on from team sports to working out, because #fitness ” and I found that I wasn’t all that great at that, either. However, I am not easily deterred, so every year, when the seasons change and the weather gets nicer, I decide that this is the year that I’m going to be one of those disciplined people who regularly work out and stay fit. While I have yet to achieve this goal, I have managed to begin working out every year like I say I will, and that’s a start at least, right?
One of the trickiest parts of deciding to get fit and working out is finding things to motivate me. I’m sure that a lot of people can relate to that, and while I don’t have a ton of great advice on that front, I have found one thing that works for me: amazing workout clothes. I’ve always been one of those people who want to wear new outfits almost immediately after buying them. This fact has proven to be true no matter what the outfit is for. I can’t really explain it, but working out always seems just a little bit more fun when you’re wearing a cute outfit.
