Well guys, this is it. We're mere days--nay, hours--away from the release of Gilmore Girls: A Year in the Life and it's equal parts exciting and nerve-wracking. Because after we consume all six hours, what do we have left? Well, I guess eight seasons to rewatch and quote instead of seven? You've no doubt thought long and hard about how you're going to mark this momentous occasion (coffee, duh), but in case you didn't also take this Friday off of work (just me?) to watch, we've got some ideas to help you get your viewing party--whatever it looks like--set up.
Watch it with someone who has never seen it
If you’re feeling particularly masochistic this week, watch Gilmore Girls: A Year in the Life with someone who has no previous context or just a cursory understanding of the show. Not only will you get the privilege of explaining everything to them, you’ll get to watch this person go through the roller coaster of emotions for the first time while asking questions aloud like “Why is Dean such a dink?”
