Sandra Bullock will be making her red carpet return at the MTV Movie Awards on June 6. This will mark her first public appearance since news of Jesse James’ multiple affairs was released and Sandra became surrounded by scandal.
The Oscar-winning actress will be awarded the MTV Generation Award for her contributions to the film industry over the past two decades. Bullock will be the first female recipient of this award, joining the ranks of stars such Tom Cruise, Jim Carrey, Mike Myers and Adam Sandler.
Bullock might also be able to add some new MTV Movie Awards to the shelf alongside her Oscar. She is nominated for best female performance for her role in The Blind Side, and both best comedic performance and best kiss for her role in The Proposal.
Needless to say, all eyes will be on Bullock but she will not be doing any interviews. But if she does take home the trophy, expect her acceptance speech to sound a little different than her gushy one at the Oscars. Can’t wait to see what she wears. Eat your heart out Jesse James!
