Reckless (1995)

Perpetually optimistic Rachel’s (played by Mia Farrow) happy life is turned upside down one Christmas Eve when her husband, Tom, announces he’s taken out a contract on her life and is having second thoughts about doing so. She leaves home to try and escape her fate and is rescued by a social worker who brings her home to his wife (Mary Louise Parker). But, the couple has secrets and they eventually lead to her encounter with a bunch of wacky characters with equally dark secrets.
