Kendall and Kylie Jenner are the latest reality stars to become novelists. The Keeping Up With the Kardashians stars (along with co-writer Maya Sloane) have penned a young adult novel about two girls with superpowers, called Rebels: City of Indra.
The story is being described as a "thrilling dystopian story about two super-powered girls, Lex and Livia, who embark on a journey together, not realizing their biggest danger might be each other."
The sisters have just released the cover for their upcoming book, which features a skyline with a single eye hovering over it. In the eye, you can see a girl with a light shooting through her.
"Kylie and I love the creative challenge and are thrilled to have been given the opportunity to share this story," Kendall said.
Kylie added: "We can't wait to share these characters and the world we created with readers everywhere. We are so excited!"
There are a few whispers that Rebels might be turned into a series. If true, I'm almost positive the Jenner sisters will get a movie deal out of it — the world just can't resist a great (or mediocre, or really bad) trilogy.
Rebels: City of Indra hits bookshelves on June 3rd.
