We’ll try and do pretty much anything to eliminate or minimize tension, headaches and stress, especially this time of year. We simply keep it in the freezer when we’re not using it and then, we pull it out and wrap it on for 20-minutes of “ahhhhhh” time when we need it. We also like to mist it in “Unwind” for an extra boost of Zen vibes.
