Country legend Dolly Parton is expanding her empire by entering the beauty industry. The country legend has announced the debut of Dolly Beauty, which is kicking off with a four-lipstick capsule collection. In true Dolly Parton style, the packaging is as glamorous as it gets, with each tube of lipstick fully rhinestoned to perfection.
“I believe beauty comes from within, but a little red lipstick never hurt,” Parton captioned a video on X (formerly Twitter) announcing the release of the collection of lipsticks.
Dolly Beauty launches with the Heaven’s Kiss Lipstick capsule collection available in four different shades: Jolene Red, Honey Plum, Rosebud and Birthday Suit: a bright red, a mauve, a nude and a deep purple shade.
In an interview with WWD, Parton explained that her love for makeup has been a lifelong passion:
“I’ve always said I never leave a rhinestone unturned. I’ve wanted to be pretty my whole life like most girls, especially country girls that have a dream of glamour.”
Of course, Parton isn’t planning on stopping with lipstick. There are more beauty products, including complexion and eye products, in the works that will launch throughout the remainder of 2024 and into next year.
“All of my life I’ve wanted to be pretty, and my new cosmetic line is going to allow me and you to be our very best,” Parton said in a statement. “So, fly pretty, up, up and away. Enjoy!”
Dolly Beauty is an expansion of Parton’s bestselling fragrance partnership with Scent Fragrances. The Scent From Above collection — which includes Early Morning Breeze, Dancing Fireflies and Smokey Mountain — was released back in 2021.

For now, fans can shop the lipstick by itself or purchase a bundle with one of the fragrances from Parton’s collection. Parton’s Heaven’s Kiss Lipstick collection, which is available in four shades: Jolene Red, Honey Plum, Rosebud and Birthday Suit, is available exclusively at Dolly Beauty’s website. The line will be in stores next year.
