Key findings from the Taste of Nature Snacking Survey:
- More than half of Canadians (54 percent) say that convenience is a top consideration when making a snack choice, while another 38 percent point to accessibility. The goal is to keep healthy snacks, like Taste of Nature bars, handy.
- One in three Canadians (33 percent) admit that they tend to turn a snack into a meal by eating too much.
