For starters, the product’s texture is airy, almost marshmallow-like, so easy to apply with our fingertips. We’re lazy, so love that. The formula is highly pigmented as well, so you don’t need a lot and you can build the colour as you go. Because it’s a mousse texture, it blends smoothly with a matte finish that doesn’t look cakey. It’s sweat and crease-resistant too, staying put for about14 hours on our cheeks, even over top sunscreen and a natural-looking layer of Maybelline’s Lifter Plump & Glow Foundation and Lifter Full Coverage Serum Concealer. Which means we’re wearing it confidently on those long, gross, humid, non-air-conditioned subway commuter rides. Plus, it’s dermatologist and allergy tested, non-comedogenic and suitable for sensitive skin.
