Well guys, this is it. We're mere days--nay, hours--away from the release of Gilmore Girls: A Year in the Life and it's equal parts exciting and nerve-wracking. Because after we consume all six hours, what do we have left? Well, I guess eight seasons to rewatch and quote instead of seven? You've no doubt thought long and hard about how you're going to mark this momentous occasion (coffee, duh), but in case you didn't also take this Friday off of work (just me?) to watch, we've got some ideas to help you get your viewing party--whatever it looks like--set up.
Have four Thanksgivings
Okay, so we’re up in here in the Great White North, but in the States, they have this weird obscenely late version of Thanksgiving that just happens to fall on Gilmore Girls Weekend (it’s a thing). To commemorate both the show’s release and the magic that is stuffing, why not have a Thanksgiving, or four for that matter? You and three of your friends can each prepare a Thanksgiving meal and at each one you can eat, digest and watch another one of the four episodes of A Year in the Life. I love when the math works.
