Beyonce has launched her fifth fragrance for women called Pulse NYC. In an ad campaign for the perfume, the singer wears a mirrored strapless mini dress as she overlooks the New York skyline — which seems fitting since the Pulse NYC bottle was designed to look like a skyscraper.
The new scent is said to be a mixture of red velvet cupcakes, raspberry, patchouli, amber, pomegranate, pear, peony, cashmere woods, orchid and jasmine.
Beyonce also released a behind-the-scenes video of the photo shoot, which was directed by Joe Zee of Elle magazine, where she talks about the inspiration behind the fragrance and its coinciding ad campaign.
I thought that now that I am a New Yorker and I’ve learned about how I can accomplish anything in this city, I felt it was appropriate energy for the new fragrance, Beyonce said.
Pulse NYC will be available on February 1st. You can check out the behind-the-scenes video of Beyonce at the Pulse NYC shoot below!
