A Hot Summer Body in 10 Weeks: Week Six, A Workout You Can Do At Home

Only four weeks left! Thank you for following along on my mission to get bikini-ready. For me, bikini-ready is “feeling good in my skin”. It isn’t a number on the scale or a size of pants. My goal is to look and feel healthy. Thus, let’s get into week six of my challenge!

Some days you just can’t get to the gym. Whether it is pouring rain, you have a flat tire or you just don’t have the time, you can still get your workout in, at home. Personal trainer, Lara Marq, has given me five moves I can do when the gym isn’t a possibility. Put these exercises together and you have the perfect (and surprisingly challenging) routine.

Do each move ten times and then repeat the whole sequence three times.
