Adding a touch of metallic around the eyes might be the most obvious way to add sparkle to your daytime beauty routine. But that doesn’t mean you need to add heavy-handed metallic liner. Instead, take your cue from Regina Rabago, communications manager at Essence Cosmetics: For a subtle (yet fabulous) look, choose [a metallic liner] slightly lighter than your natural skin tone.
