If you’re looking for a more intense workout, look no further than Studio Lagree. Created by trainer to the stars Sebastien Lagree, the workout is basically Pilates on steroids. Performed on the Megaformer, a workout device with straps, handles, bands and moving platforms, the Lagree Method is described as a “fusion of pilates, strength, core, cardio/circuit training and stretching into an intense, shirt-drenching, 50-minute exercise experience.” Kim Kardashian used this very workout to get her post-baby body back into shape, so it's safe to say it's very effective.
