7. Hand-painted monogram letters
This is a really affordable, and meaningful gift. A monogram letter adds a quirky element to your friend’s digs. You’re literally starting with a blank canvas so you can do a lot with this project. A nice hand-painted design can make this gift into an art piece for a friend’s place. For those of us who are less artistically inclined, there are variations of this project that you can try. You can paint it a single colour, glue glitter to it, or even use the steps from the Instagram coaster craft to make your monogrammed letter into a photo collage.
