Ireland isn't all shamrocks, beer and rain. We spent a few days exploring the city of Dublin and all that it has to offer, including a city built on rich history, an expansive food offering and all kinds of cool places to discover (okay, there's beer, too). Here are some must-hit moments when you visit Dublin.
Do: Go shopping at Penneys

This is not a drill! I was told on my second last night that I need to head to Penneys (a part of the Primark brand, which can get confusing, but everyone in the area will know what you’re talking about) and I felt lucky I just barely made it. Like Forever 21 on crack in both volume of clothes and prices, you can find everything from flowy summer blouses for €5 (about $7 Canadian) to beauty products to lingerie to luggage to adorable stationary. You can get a lot for your money, but be ready to spend some time and cash in this store. You were warned.
