In your 40s:
Remember all of those days laying out in the sun? Well, they are probably catching up with you and at this point your skin is beginning to tell that story with a few brown spots, red patches and the like. Consider using a cream moisturizer to keep your skin supple and again, make sure you’re moisturizer has the needed sun protection. You’ll also want to look for a product that increases collagen and supports exfoliation.
