Monday Haircare’s Deep Moisture Hair Mask is our new go-to fix for summer strands. A.K.A: hair that has been overloaded with salty curl-inducing sprays, layers of humidity-defying finishers, blonde highlights and way too much sun, chlorine and sweat. Thankfully, our new fix is fast and reliable.
The 10-minute, weekly treatment is the perfect combination of low-maintenance effort with high-impact results. Fuelled with hydrating and healing ingredients, there’s keratin, the protein that gives hair its structure, to help restore resilience and smoothness. Coconut oil, a natural hydrator rich in fatty acids penetrates the hair shaft to reduce protein loss and amplify shine. Shea butter seals in moisture, coating each strand in a protective balm that softens and tames frizz. Argan oil delivers essential fatty acids, while vitamin E adds extra softness and manageability. Underlying it all is glycerin—a humectant powerhouse that literally draws hydration from the air into our hair, keeping it bouncy and elastic.
So, whether our hair is looking and feeling dry, chemically damaged, heat-stressed or all of the above, this versatile mask is built to revive our style. Easily too, because all we have to do is wash and condition with the New Zealand-based brand’s award-winning Moisture shampoo and conditioner (which, BTW, just celebrated its fifth birthday!), towel dry, massage a small amount of the mask in our locks from root to tip, finish our shower routine (give or take 10 minutes) and rinse it out.
Oh, and did we mention that here are no unwanted sulfates (which can zap away pretty salon colour) or parabens. The mask’s formula is certified cruelty-free, dermatologically tested and captured in recyclable bottles. Plus, it smells lightly of gardenias, so you know we’re all over that.
