Fall means a new colour palette for both the wardrobe and the makeup bag. It's time to transition to deep jewel tones, and this season sees red playing a major role when it comes to makeup. While it may not be the easiest shade to wear on your face, or the first one you necessarily reach for, when worn properly it can be show-stopping. Try incorporating red into your fall beauty look with these tips.
Get playful with your mascara
If you’re not ready to go full red with your eyeshadow, try adding a bit of a pop to your eyes with red mascara. Keep your eye makeup fairly neutral with a bit of liner and coat your lashes with a couple swipes of red mascara. If you want to play things a bit more on the safe side, start off with a coat of black mascara and add a bit of red to the tips for a more subtle look.
