Coloured girls and guys, this one’s for you. Local TV personality Monika Deol recently launched STALLR* Beauty, a line exclusively developed for the woefully underserved tan-to-medium-deep market in Canada. The lip colours are lovely and the eyeshadows are glamorous without being overpowering, but we’re most impressed by the shade range and oil-free composition of the vegan Limitless Foundation ($45).
