Tip #4: Experiment with different finishes to find your personal faves
Whether you prefer a matte lip, sheer or creamy formula, the finish of a lipstick doesn’t affect the colour that you ultimately choose. Choosing the finish of your lipstick is really based on personal preference, says Okopny, however During the winter seasons, I do recommend something that will give added hydration and nourishment for the lips.
