Lately, our skin has been feeling dry, irritated and unhappy. Yup, you read that correctly. Unhappy. But then, a PR company sent us La Roche-Posay’s Cicaplast Baume B5 soothing and relieving balm and because we love a good balm, we slathered it on, went to bed and woke up feeling and looking a whole lot happier.
The multitasking tube’s formula literally healed our face. We’d had a breakout on our cheek that just wouldn’t go away, an irritated hive on the other cheek and a couple of itchy spots. It’s basically repair and hydration in one step. Then there’s the balm’s texture. It’s rich but not greasy, which our combination skin appreciates. Plus, it’s smooth and easy to spread on and absorbs quickly. We like to use it at night, but when we spend the day outdoors, we’ll rub a little on in the morning too.
