Which”shocker”are a few of the many things that can contribute to premature aging. Talk about gross. We spoke to Fresh co-founder Lev Glasman for tips on how to keep your skin in shape this winter season”so you can go back to enjoying cozy sweaters and hot chocolate.
Tip #5: Pick a rich moisturizer

If you need to brave the winter wonderland outside, pick a moisturizer that is rich. When temperatures dip below zero, you want to make sure your moisturizer is super rich, says Glasman, a high content of oils will coat the skin, therefore protecting it from drastic temperature changes.
