3. Joe Fresh Matte Liquid Liner, $12, available at Shoppers Drug Mart
Okay so, Joe Fresh is adding more to its beauty line and it’s looking pretty promising. It includes eye liners, mascara, brow colour, lip colour, primer, foundations, concealer, highlighters and blush, creating an incredibly well-rounded collection (plus it’s going to be available at Shoppers Drug Mart, making the budget-friendly brand even more accessible). In keeping with our matte trend obsession, we’re especially looking forward to trying the matte liquid liner, made of a highly pigmented formula for intense definition. Although really, you should totally check out the whole line!
