Phillip Lim’s collection was inspired by 70s grunge and 90s and layered biker jackets and prints for a sexy rock-chick look. For the nails, Essie’s nail pros applied a base coat, followed by two coats of brooch the subject on one half of the nail and two coats of chinchilly on the other half, then applied the to coat.
