Get The Look With Burt’s Bees Cosmetics

We asked Canadian makeup artist Jaclyn Forbes to put Burt’s Bees full line of natural cosmetics to the test and show us how she takes her makeup from day to night…

We are always on the hunt for new and exciting beauty products and as we head into the warmer months we’ve been searching for new products that will deliver beautiful, soft results that mirror the makeup trends we’ve started seeing. The latest line of cosmetics to catch our attention come courtesy of Burt’s Bees, which boasts products that are dermatologist tested and made using ingredients from nature that are sustainably sourced from different parts of the world. The extended makeup collection is crafted without parabens, phthalates, petrolatum, talc or synthetic fragrance. That means they look beautiful on you…and they’re good for you and the environment!

Of course, all of Burt’s Bees products are Leaping Bunny certified, which means they have not tested any of their products on animals nor has the brand asked others to do so on our their behalf.

We’ve all obsessed over the brand’s must-have beeswax-based lip balms… but, have you tried out anything from their full colour cosmetics line, which includes foundation, mascara, eye shadow, and blush?

That’s why we asked our friend Jaclyn Forbes, a Toronto-based YouTuber, host and makeup artist to try out Burt’s Bees new extended line of cosmetics and show off the results. Below you’ll see Jaclyn create a beautiful, natural daytime look using soft shades that also serve as a base for a bold evening look.

Watch Jaclyn go from day to night:
