The Ultimate Guilt-Free Lunch!

Our 29Secrets offices are in the centre of one of Toronto’s busiest neighbourhoods, smack dab in the middle of some of the most delicious restaurants in the city. This makes it incredibly difficult to not indulge. In order to avoid packing on the pounds, we all try to bring in lunches from home. But, when you’re me and would rather spend an extra ten minutes on your outfit than making a sandwich, you don’t always come prepared.

Luckily, I was recently introduced to Lean Cuisine. I know, I am late to the party. Everyone already knows that for about $5, you can choose from over 20 meals, perfectly portion controlled with just the right amount of protein, grain and veggies. I had my first LC lunch at our weekly editorial meeting, the Chicken Fettuccine, and my colleagues were a tad jealous when the delicious smell of the parmesan sauce wafted around the room. The best part? The meal has the same amount of calories I burn in my daily jog. So when I say it was a guilt-free lunch… it really was!

A satisfying lunch, in the middle of a busy day, is what I call rewarding! Sometimes life gets hectic and you just don’t have enough time for yourself. Not having to think about lunch it a huge help.

Bonus! Each of the meals come with a special PIN code inside that you can use towards Lean Cuisine Rewards. I am working on getting enough points for the exercise ball for my home gym. Visit, www.leancuisine.ca/en/rewards to get the full scoop on the program.

Lean Cuisine Rewards has given 29Secrets 5 bonus PIN codes to share with our readers. Each bonus PIN may be redeemed for one free Lean Cuisine entree, or the points can be saved to redeem later for a larger reward. You will need to register online with the Lean Cuisine Rewards Program in order to claim your points. We will choose 5 lucky readers at random to give PIN Codes to who have entered their information, by visiting our LEAN CUISINE PIN CODE GIVEAWAY page.
