Target Teams Up with Peter Pilotto

If the shock of everything you saw on Breaking Bad this week is starting to wear off, we've got another way to kickstart your heart: Target is teaming up with Peter Pilotto. (Alright, so, yes: a different kind of kickstart. But a kickstart nonetheless!)

The collaboration was announced at Pilotto's S/S 2014 show at London Fashion Week yesterday, and we can expect to see it launch on February 9, 2014 in Canada and in the U.S. The best part? The pieces will actually be affordable, with women's apparel, swimwear, and accessories going for less than $60 in most cases. But that's not it: Online retailer Net-a-Porter.com will also be getting in on the deal to offer international fans the Target/PETER PILOTTO experience by curating an assortment of the limited edition collection.

"By working with Target, we're able to broaden our reach and bring our design aesthetic to an entirely new audience," said Pilotto.

"This is a pivotal moment for our brand," added Pilotto's design partner, Christopher De Vos. "Our collection for Target embodies the elegance and spirit of our own line, but it makes it accessible to everyone."

And accessible it will be: the line promises to the likes of "hyper-digital prints" in blues, greens, warm reds, and oranges. The 70-piece collection will range between $14.99 and $79.99 for apparel, and $16.99 – $39.99 for accessories.

"As Target continues to open stores across Canada, we are thrilled to offer our Canadian guests yet another, limited time only design collaboration," said John Morioka, senior vice president merchandising for Target Canada. "Peter and Christopher's collaboration captures the essence and energy of London in a way that's completely universal and enables our guests to brighten their look this spring at truly remarkable prices."

Is it February yet?
