Lady Gaga Sells Bracelets for Japan

After the devestating events in Japan on Friday, Lady Gaga has already started doing her part to help the country nurse itself back to health. In the official Lady Gaga store, there is a now a white bracelet availble with the words “We Pray for Japan” written in red letters with Gaga’s infamous clawed hand.

“I designed a Japan Prayer Bracelet. Buy It/Donate here and ALL proceeds will go to Tsunami Relief Efforts. Go Monsters,” Gaga tweeted on Friday. 

People can purchase the wristband for anywhere from $5 to $105, depending on how much they want to donate. 

Other celebrities, like Kim Kardashian, Taylor Swift and Britney Spears also took to their Twitter accounts to send their thoughts and prayers to the people of Japan. 

“Just heard about the huge earthquake and tsunami in Japan,” Kim Kardashian wrote. “My prayers are with everyone in Japan. Seeing all of this footage in Japan is devastating! Please help the people of Japan by texting REDCROSS to 90999 to make a $10 donation.” (Text REDCROSS to 30333 in Canada to donate $5.)
