Kristen Stewart Didn’t Like Snow White

Kristen Stewart and Charlize Theron are gearing up for the June 1st release of Snow White and the Huntsman, but that doesn’t mean Kristen Stewart loves fairytales.

Said 2012’s Snow White: “In the original, she totally represents what a woman wanted to be back then: the ultimate maternal figure. She cleans house really well. It’s just that [women] do more than that now . . . We’re not made to take out big guys in armour, so [in this film], it was about being faster and smarter.”

Fair enough! Kristen Stewart’s also honed quite the reputation for breaking the existing Hollywood mold, so she used her rebellion against convention to comment on beauty in the industry. Particularly, that looks aren’t everything.

“If you’re not cool as well; if you don’t have the heart to back up your looks, you’re ugly,” said Kristen Stewart point-blank. “I’ve met so many people who I thought were so gorgeous and talented and amazing. And then you meet them for one second and you’re like, ‘You are wearing a costume, you are fake, you are so unattractive.'”

“And it doesn’t always come across in a picture,” she continued. “But you can be really beautiful in a still frame, and then, in life, moving around, you’re ugly.”

Anybody else willing to pay money to know who she’s talking about?
