Gap Inc. has finally introduced online shopping in Canada so people can now find their favourites from Gap, Old Navy and Banana Republic with just the click of a button.
The dedicated online e-commerce stores will also have 3-in-1 check-out so you can shop your favourite brands all at once. Called “universality,” the all-in-one shopping system has already been launched in the US back in 2008 and it seems to have been quite the success. Now that it is coming to Canada, customers can take advantage of sales and save time online.
Plus, there will be no shipping costs on purchases over $50 until October 31st. Better get in all your fall and back to school essentials before then!
To top it all off, Gap built a Canadian fulfillment centre in Bolton, Ontario. That means you don’t have to wait long to receive your orders since they don’t have to go through customs.
I think all brands should take on this universality concept. An all-in-one online store and one check-out for all three brands – if that’s not convenience then I don’t know what is!
