Breaking news! Ariana Grande has just been announced as MAC’s 2016 Viva Glam Spokesperson. The Viva Glam campaign will be Grande’s first time working with a makeup company. Ariana made the announcement Tuesday afternoon on Periscope, where she also gave viewers a small sneak peak at her collection.
“We have a dark plum lipstick to represent the bad girl in you, and we have a light pink lipgloss to represent the good girl in you, because I think you should be able to play up both sides” Grande said on Periscope.
The Viva Glam campaign has seen plenty of spokespeople from RuPaul, to Lady Gaga, Nicki Minaj, Elton John, and most recently Miley Cyrus.
After announcing how nervous she was the singer mentioned that The collection will come out in January 2016, and 100 per cent of the proceeds will go towards helping those affected by HIV/AIDS through the MAC AIDS Fund.
